Quality Management Policy
The Quality Policy considers the principles established by Standard NP EN ISO 9001:2015 and the guiding principles adopted by Leomável Moldes Unipessoal, Lda that are incorporated into its culture and translates in constant search for the satisfaction of its customers and stakeholders in the permanent improvement of the quality of services provided.
Leomável Moldes Unipessoal, Lda’s Top Management is committed to the development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) to:
- Continuously satisfy Customers, through a complete identification and satisfaction of their requirements, presenting the best technical solutions;
- Promote engagement and progression in partnerships with relevant stakeholders in the Quality Management System in order to promote continuous improvement in its products and services;
- Promote teamwork and encourage initiative and motivation of employees in order to improve their performance;
- Develop and retain human capital and promote teamwork and motivation;
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, legal and statutes, product compliance and delivery time, seeking to exceed customer expectations;
- Ensure that quality policy and quality objectives are established with the QMS and are consistent with context and strategic orientation;
- Ensure that the resources required for the QMS are made available;
- Maintain a permanent technical and technological update of equipment, systems and operators.
