Overmolded parts

Overmolded parts or 2K injection molding is a production process in which two materials are processed in one plastic part. This plastic molding technology combines two materials or two different color materials into one ending plastic part using a 2K injection molding machine.
Insert Over molding

Insert overmolding is a process where additional parts, often made of metal, are added over the molded parts. This process involves inserting the parts into a mold before injecting the product. It helps reduce the number of assembly processes required after molding.
Babyplast - Micromolding

Micro-molding is a highly specialized manufacturing process that produces extremely small, high-precision thermoplastic parts and components with micron tolerances.
Micro molding is not just about size, but also precision and efficiency. It involves much more than just the size of the injection press. The combination of innovation, processing and expert tool building together make up the elements of true micro molding.
Multicavity
Multi-cavity molds are an excellent approach to increasing production efficiency and output. Multi-cavity molds have multiple identical cavities, enabling the simultaneous production of multiple parts in a single injection cycle. This significantly increases production output and efficiency, allowing for higher volumes of parts to be produced in a shorter period of time.

Die-Casting

Die Casting is a metal casting process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. The mold cavity is created using two hardened tool steel dies which have been machined into shape and work similarly to an injection mold during the process. Most die castings are made from non-ferrous metals, specifically zinc, copper, aluminum, magnesium etc.
